Bridgwater 2017 is under 100 days away, so we thought it was a good time to start blogging! Over the next couple of months there will be regular posts on the website with updates on Bridgwater 1 & 2, and things we would like you to pray for.
The overall aim of Bridgwater is to introduce people to Jesus, increase their understanding of him and what it means to be a Christian, and encourage them to share that experience with their friends. This verse in Matthew highlights that you don’t have to be in a church building with 100 other people to worship God. At Bridgwater, we have the privilege of meeting with God in the beautiful Hill House with a bunch of friends, and we can’t wait!!
Prayer points:
- Bookings have been coming in for both Bridgwater 1 & 2 – please pray for anyone still thinking about booking, and that those who have booked would encourage their friends to come too!
- Please pray for the leaders charged with putting the spiritual and activity programmes together, particularly for Bridgwater 1 which is new this year!
- There are loads of Ventures happening over the summer, please pray for those teams as they enter the last few days/weeks of preparation before camps begin.
